Brigid joined DocTrials in 2016. She graduated from The University of Arizona in 2014 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. Throughout the years, Brigid has transitioned though various roles at DocTrials. In her free time Brigid enjoys hiking, going to baseball games and attending concerts.

NVE SITE MANAGER

Pinoi joined DocTrials in 2019. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Kinesiology, and Chemistry minor at UNLV and is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant.

ADMINISTRATOR

Joining DocTrials in 2019, Laurie brings a wealth of expertise in administration, with a focus on employee onboarding, invoicing, state compliance, and meticulously planning team-building events. Her dedication to efficiency and detail-oriented solutions stems from her strong foundation in business administration, cultivated during her college years in Iowa. Laurie and her husband relocated to Arizona on Valentine’s Day in 2001. Outside of work, Laurie finds joy in practicing yoga and cherishing moments with her two daughters.

START-UP OPERATIONS MANAGER

Maggie started at DocTrials in 2020. She graduated from Virigina Tech in 2018 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences & a minor in Medicine in Society. She also earned a Masters of Education from UNLV and taught science for 2 years as part of Teach for America before migrating to clinical research. She also loves EDM, reading, and crafting.

REGULATORY MANAGER

Dora joined DocTrials in 2021 and has a BS in Psychology from UVA-Wise where they got their first breath in research in a neurocognitive lab. They grew up in Appalachia Virigina, graduated in 2011, and moved to the deserts of Arizona in 2015. Their goal is to be a part of as many life-changing trials as they can.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Rebecca joined DocTrials in 2021 after graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in Biochemistry and a minor in Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys aerial sports and spending time with her family and pets. She has plans to begin medical school in Summer 2024 with interests in pursuing a career in surgery or emergency medicine.

REGULATORY & QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Megan joined DocTrials in 2022. In 2023 she graduated from the University of Arizona with her Master's of Public Health in Epidemiology where she had the opportunity to advance her knowledge of the design, conduct, and analysis of clinical trials. Outside of work, Megan enjoys sewing, baking, volunteering with animals, and doing crossword or jigsaw puzzles.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Gena joined DocTrials in 2022. She graduated from The University of Arizona in 2021 with a B.S. in Physiology. She began working at DocTrials to gain research experience and plans to start medical school in the summer of 2024. In her free time, Gena enjoys attending concerts, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.

Andy joined DocTrials in 2022. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2023 with a BS in Microbiology. While there, Andy worked as an optometric technician and also as an undergraduate researcher studying novel antibiotics with the Wilbanks Lab. He enjoys scuba diving and surfing and hopes to attend medical school in he future.

Maya has been with DocTrials since 2022. She earned her B.S. in biomedical science from Arizona State University in 2021. In her free time, she is an avid podcast listener and loves going to the gym and baking.

RESEARCH TECHNICIAN

Norma is a COA and a MA. Has participated in over 180 Retinal Research Studies. Is a Certfied Bilingual interpreter. Is a big sports fan, loves to play tennis, volleyball, basketball and lately picke-ball. Would love to learn Portuguese and Italian. Started in Ophthalmology at the age of 18 and is now 55. Will soon be taking a test to become a Certified Retinal Angiographer.

She stumbled upon clinical research in late 2022 and earned a certificate in Clinical Research in early 2023. She loves being involved in such a rewarding career. In her free time, Maggie enjoys climbing, trail running, and reading.

Shane joined DocTrials in 2023. He graduated from Doane University with a B.S. in Biology in 2022 where he also played baseball. He got into clinical research to gain more experience in the medical field and to prepare himself for medical school. He plans to start medical school in the summer of 2024. In his free time, Shane enjoys lifitng, golfing, and hiking.

Breanna joined DocTrials in 2023. She earned her B.S. in Medical Studies from Arizona State University in 2022. Currently, she is working on a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at Creighton University.

DATA COORDINATOR

Katie joined Doctrials in 2023. She is currently an undergraduate student at Baylor University where she is studying Accounting and Management Information Systems. She plans on obtaining her Masters in Accounting by December 2025 and persue her CPA . In her free time Katie enjoys spending time outside, running, and having picnics at the lake!

RESEARCH TECHNICIAN

Dayna joined DocTrials in 2023. She earned a BFA from Arizona State University and an MFA from the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art in Norway. Dayna has many years of ophthalmic photography experience and has worked on numerous clinical trials. She enjoys art, animals, and adventure.

Hunter joined DocTrials in 2023. He is currently an undergraduate at Baylor University where he is studying Biology with plans to pursue a career in medicine. In his free time, Hunter enjoys playing musical instruments, cooking, dog training, and running. Hunter just recently completed his first marathon in Austin, TX.

Tyler joined DocTrials in 2023. He is currently an undergraduate at Arizona Sate University studying Business Law where he will graduate in the Spring of 2024. He plans on attending law school in the fall of 2025 with an interest in pursuing a career in medical law. In his free time, Tyler enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and reading.

Leo joined us in 2023. He graduated with a BS in Biology from Washington State University and then graduated from UAG Medical School in 2022 with an Internship in Urology for 1 year. Leo loves to play volleyball and chase sunsets in free time.
